By using the Sukhnah 3D app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. The app

Sukhnah 3D is an entertainment app: an explorable 3D model of As-Sukhnah, Zarqa, Jordan, built from open data. The model and map may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for navigation, safety or any official purpose.

2. Play well

• Take regular breaks from the screen.
• Walking, driving and flying in the game happen only inside the 3D model — in-game driving is fiction and is not a guide to real roads or real driving.

3. Your account

An account is optional: the game, the Relic Hunt and the Full Map work without one. Signing in with Apple puts you on the leaderboard and keeps your relics across devices. One account per person. Your display name is public on the leaderboard: it must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone else. We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).

4. “Full Map” lifetime unlock

• Free players can reach relics 1–25 in the town centre. The Full Map in-app purchase unlocks the whole map and all 100 relics.
• It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
• It is tied to your Apple ID, not to your Sukhnah 3D account. It works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID for as long as the app is available.
• After reinstalling or on a new device, tap “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore it at no cost.
• Payment is processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Fair play

The leaderboard only means something if everyone plays by the rules. You must not:

• use teleport exploits, modified apps or tools to collect relics without reaching them in the game;
• use bots, scripts, automation, modified or unofficial clients, or call our server directly;
• exploit bugs, share accounts to boost a score, or interfere with the service or other players.

We may, without notice, reset the score of, remove from the leaderboard, or delete any account that we reasonably believe abuses the game or the leaderboard. The server also limits how fast relics can be collected.

6. Map data attribution

These data sources do not endorse the app.

7. Availability and disclaimer

The app and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or end features — including the Relic Hunt and the leaderboard — at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

باستخدامك لتطبيق «سخنة ثري دي» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا نزّلت التطبيق من App Store فإن اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple تنطبق أيضًا.

1. التطبيق

«سخنة ثري دي» تطبيق ترفيهي: نموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد قابل للاستكشاف لبلدة السخنة في الزرقاء، الأردن، مبنيّ من بيانات مفتوحة. قد يكون النموذج والخريطة غير مكتملين أو غير دقيقين. لا تعتمد على التطبيق في التنقّل أو السلامة أو لأي غرض رسمي.

2. العب باعتدال

• خذ فترات راحة منتظمة من الشاشة.
• المشي والقيادة والطيران في اللعبة تحدث داخل النموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد فقط — القيادة داخل اللعبة خيالية وليست دليلًا على الطرق الحقيقية أو على القيادة في الواقع.

3. حسابك

الحساب اختياري: اللعبة و«مطاردة الآثار» و«الخريطة الكاملة» تعمل من دونه. تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple يضعك في لوحة المتصدّرين ويحفظ آثارك على أجهزتك كلها. حساب واحد لكل شخص. اسم العرض الخاص بك يظهر للعموم في لوحة المتصدّرين: يجب ألّا يكون مسيئًا أو يحضّ على الكراهية أو غير لائق، وألّا ينتحل شخصية أحد. يحقّ لنا تغيير أو إزالة أي اسم عرض يخالف هذه القواعد. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (راجع حذف الحساب).

4. «الخريطة الكاملة» — فتح مدى الحياة

• يستطيع اللاعبون المجانيون الوصول إلى الآثار من 1 إلى 25 في وسط البلدة. أما شراء «الخريطة الكاملة» داخل التطبيق فيفتح الخريطة كاملة والآثار المئة كلها.
• هو شراء لمرة واحدة وغير استهلاكي — وليس اشتراكًا، ولا توجد رسوم متكرّرة.
• يرتبط الشراء بحساب Apple ID الخاص بك وليس بحسابك في اللعبة، ويعمل على كل الأجهزة المسجّلة بنفس Apple ID ما دام التطبيق متاحًا.
• بعد إعادة التثبيت أو على جهاز جديد، اضغط «استعادة المشتريات» في التطبيق لاستعادته مجانًا.
• تتمّ عملية الدفع عبر Apple، وتعالج Apple طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتها عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. اللعب النظيف

لوحة المتصدّرين لا قيمة لها إلا إذا التزم الجميع بالقواعد. يُمنع عليك:

• استخدام ثغرات الانتقال الفوري (Teleport) أو التطبيقات المعدّلة أو أي أدوات لجمع الآثار دون الوصول إليها داخل اللعبة؛
• استخدام البوتات أو السكربتات أو الأتمتة أو النسخ المعدّلة أو غير الرسمية من التطبيق، أو الاتصال بخادمنا مباشرة؛
• استغلال الأخطاء البرمجية، أو مشاركة الحسابات لرفع النتيجة، أو التشويش على الخدمة أو على اللاعبين الآخرين.

يحقّ لنا، ودون إشعار مسبق، تصفير نتيجة أي حساب أو إزالته من لوحة المتصدّرين أو حذفه إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنه يسيء استخدام اللعبة أو لوحة المتصدّرين. كما يحدّ الخادم من سرعة جمع الآثار.

7. التوفّر وإخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق والخدمة «كما هما» و«حسب التوفّر» دون أي ضمانات. يحقّ لنا تغيير الميزات أو إيقافها أو إنهاؤها — بما فيها «مطاردة الآثار» ولوحة المتصدّرين — في أي وقت. وإلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن أي خسارة تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق.

8. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسيتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه عند ذلك. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
