Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Sukhnah 3D iPhone app (“the app”, “we”) collects, why, where it is kept and how you can delete it. We collect the minimum needed to save your relics and show the leaderboard — nothing else.
1. Sign in with Apple
An account is optional. You can play, hunt relics and buy the Full Map without one; the relics you find are then kept only on your device and we receive nothing about you. If you choose to sign in — to appear on the leaderboard and keep your relics across devices — Sign in with Apple is the only method, and from Apple we receive:
- Apple user identifier — a random identifier Apple creates for this app only. It is how we recognise your account.
- Email address — only if you choose to share it. If you pick “Hide My Email”, we receive an Apple private-relay address instead. We use it only to contact you about your account if needed; we never send marketing.
- Your name — Apple provides it on your first sign-in only. We use your first name only to suggest your initial display name. We do not store your name separately.
We never receive your Apple ID password.
2. Display name — public
Your display name (suggested from your first name, or “Explorer” plus four digits, and changeable at any time in the app via the trophy button → Relic Journal → Top 100 → Rename) is shown publicly on the global Top 100 leaderboard together with your number of relics and the time you reached that score. Please don’t use your full real name if you’d rather not.
3. Game progress
For each relic you collect we store its number (1–100) and the time it was collected. We also store when your account was created and when it was last used.
4. Location
The app does not access your device’s location at all — it never asks for location permission. Positions in the game are positions of your character inside the 3D model, and they never leave your device. The only game data sent to our server is the numbers (1–100) of the relics you collect and when you collected them.
4a. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device for when a new monthly feature unlocks. Nothing is sent from or to our server for this, and no push-notification service is used.
5. Services the app talks to
- Our server — hosted on Railway (Railway Corp.) in a United States or European Union data-centre region selected by Railway. All traffic uses HTTPS. As with any web service, the hosting platform may keep short-lived technical request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operations.
- Open-Meteo — the app fetches live weather from Open-Meteo. The request contains only the fixed coordinates of As-Sukhnah — never your location or any account information.
- Apple MapKit — satellite imagery is loaded through Apple MapKit, under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Apple App Store — the “Full Map” purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; the app checks the purchase on your device with StoreKit and does not send it to our server.
6. What we do not do
- No advertising.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We never sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, display name, email address (if any) and every relic you collected, and removes you from the leaderboard. You can also email mwmtariq3@gmail.com from any address and we will delete it for you. See Delete account. Signing out alone does not delete your data.
8. Children
The app is for a general audience. We collect the same minimal data described above from every player and nothing more. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child’s account at mwmtariq3@gmail.com.
9. Your rights
You can see your progress in the app, change your display name at any time (trophy button → Relic Journal → Top 100 → Rename), and delete everything as described above. For any other request about your data — access, correction or deletion — contact mwmtariq3@gmail.com.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.

توضّح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه تطبيق «سخنة ثري دي» لأجهزة iPhone («التطبيق»، «نحن»)، ولماذا، وأين يُحفظ، وكيف يمكنك حذفه. نحن نجمع الحدّ الأدنى اللازم لحفظ آثارك وعرض لوحة المتصدّرين — لا شيء غير ذلك.
1. تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple
الحساب اختياري. يمكنك اللعب والبحث عن الآثار وشراء «الخريطة الكاملة» من دونه، وتبقى الآثار التي تجدها حينها على جهازك فقط ولا نتلقّى أي شيء عنك. وإن اخترت تسجيل الدخول — لتظهر في لوحة المتصدّرين وتحتفظ بآثارك على أجهزتك كلها — فتسجيل الدخول عبر Apple هو الطريقة الوحيدة لذلك، ونتلقّى من Apple:
- معرّف مستخدم Apple — معرّف عشوائي تنشئه Apple لهذا التطبيق فقط، ونستخدمه للتعرّف على حسابك.
- البريد الإلكتروني — فقط إن اخترت مشاركته. إذا اخترت «إخفاء بريدي الإلكتروني» نتلقّى عنوان ترحيل خاصًا من Apple بدلًا منه. نستخدمه فقط للتواصل معك بشأن حسابك عند الحاجة، ولا نرسل أي رسائل تسويقية.
- اسمك — تقدّمه Apple عند أول تسجيل دخول فقط. نستخدم اسمك الأول فقط لاقتراح اسم العرض الأوّلي، ولا نخزّن اسمك بشكل منفصل.
لا نتلقّى كلمة مرور Apple ID الخاصة بك أبدًا.
2. اسم العرض — علني
اسم العرض الخاص بك (مقترح من اسمك الأول، أو «Explorer» متبوعًا بأربعة أرقام، ويمكنك تغييره في أي وقت من التطبيق عبر زر الكأس ← سجلّ الآثار ← أفضل 100 ← إعادة التسمية) يظهر للعموم في لوحة أفضل 100 لاعب حول العالم، مع عدد آثارك ووقت وصولك إلى هذه النتيجة. يُفضّل ألّا تستخدم اسمك الحقيقي الكامل إن كنت لا ترغب بذلك.
3. تقدّمك في اللعبة
لكل أثر تجمعه نخزّن رقمه (من 1 إلى 100) ووقت جمعه. ونخزّن أيضًا وقت إنشاء حسابك وآخر وقت استخدمته فيه.
4. الموقع الجغرافي
لا يصل التطبيق إلى موقع جهازك إطلاقًا — ولا يطلب إذن الوصول إلى الموقع أبدًا. المواقع داخل اللعبة هي مواقع شخصيتك داخل النموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد، ولا تغادر جهازك أبدًا. البيانات الوحيدة من اللعبة التي تُرسَل إلى خادمنا هي أرقام الآثار (من 1 إلى 100) التي تجمعها ووقت جمعها.
4أ. الإشعارات
إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يجدول التطبيق تذكيرات محلية على جهازك عند فتح ميزة شهرية جديدة. لا يُرسَل أي شيء من خادمنا أو إليه لهذا الغرض، ولا تُستخدم أي خدمة إشعارات فورية (Push).
5. الخدمات التي يتواصل معها التطبيق
- خادمنا — مستضاف لدى Railway (شركة Railway Corp.) في منطقة مراكز بيانات في الولايات المتحدة أو الاتحاد الأوروبي تختارها Railway. كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS. وكما في أي خدمة ويب، قد تحتفظ منصّة الاستضافة بسجلّات تقنية قصيرة الأمد للطلبات (مثل عنوان IP والوقت) لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل.
- Open-Meteo — يجلب التطبيق حالة الطقس المباشرة من Open-Meteo. يتضمّن الطلب فقط الإحداثيات الثابتة لبلدة السخنة — وليس موقعك ولا أي معلومات عن حسابك.
- Apple MapKit — تُحمَّل صور الأقمار الصناعية عبر Apple MapKit، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple.
- متجر App Store — تتمّ عملية شراء «الخريطة الكاملة» بالكامل عبر Apple. لا نرى بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك أبدًا؛ يتحقّق التطبيق من الشراء على جهازك عبر StoreKit ولا يرسله إلى خادمنا.
6. ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات.
- لا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا معرّف إعلاني.
- لا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء البيانات أو المعلنين.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يؤدّي ذلك فورًا وبشكل دائم إلى حذف حسابك واسم العرض وبريدك الإلكتروني (إن وُجد) وكل الآثار التي جمعتها، وإزالتك من لوحة المتصدّرين. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على mwmtariq3@gmail.com من أي عنوان وسنحذفه لك. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب. تسجيل الخروج وحده لا يحذف بياناتك.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للجمهور العام. نجمع البيانات المحدودة نفسها الموضّحة أعلاه من كل اللاعبين ولا شيء أكثر. يمكن لوليّ الأمر طلب حذف حساب طفله عبر mwmtariq3@gmail.com.
9. حقوقك
يمكنك رؤية تقدّمك داخل التطبيق، وتغيير اسم العرض في أي وقت (زر الكأس ← سجلّ الآثار ← أفضل 100 ← إعادة التسمية)، وحذف كل شيء كما هو موضّح أعلاه. لأي طلب آخر يتعلّق ببياناتك — الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف — تواصل معنا عبر mwmtariq3@gmail.com.
10. التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ سريانها، وسنشير إلى التغييرات الجوهرية في ملاحظات إصدار التطبيق.
