Delete your account
In the app (instant)
- Open Sukhnah 3D.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account from our server — your Apple user identifier, email address (if any), display name, and every relic you collected — and removes you from the leaderboard. It cannot be undone.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email mwmtariq3@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Sukhnah 3D account”. Tell us your display name (and, if you shared it with Apple, the email address on the account) so we can find it. We will delete it and confirm by reply.
Good to know
- Deleting your account does not cancel or refund the Full Map purchase — it belongs to your Apple ID and stays available through “Restore Purchases”.
- If you sign in again later, a brand-new empty account is created.
- To also stop the app from using your Apple ID, go to iOS Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple and remove Sukhnah 3D.
حذف حسابك
من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح «سخنة ثري دي».
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
- أكّد الحذف.
يؤدّي ذلك فورًا وبشكل دائم إلى حذف حسابك من خادمنا — معرّف مستخدم Apple، والبريد الإلكتروني (إن وُجد)، واسم العرض، وكل الآثار التي جمعتها — وإزالتك من لوحة المتصدّرين. لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم يعد التطبيق لديك، راسلنا على mwmtariq3@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي في سخنة ثري دي». اذكر اسم العرض الخاص بك (والبريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب إن كنت قد شاركته مع Apple) لنتمكّن من إيجاده. سنحذفه ونؤكّد لك بالردّ.
معلومات مفيدة
- حذف الحساب لا يلغي شراء «الخريطة الكاملة» ولا يستردّ ثمنه — فهو مرتبط بحساب Apple ID ويبقى متاحًا عبر «استعادة المشتريات».
- إذا سجّلت الدخول مجددًا لاحقًا، يُنشأ لك حساب جديد فارغ.
- لإيقاف استخدام التطبيق لحساب Apple الخاص بك أيضًا، اذهب في iOS إلى الإعدادات ← اسمك ← تسجيل الدخول والأمان ← تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple وأزِل «سخنة ثري دي».
